Production:
The 10- to 12-day fermentation of the skins in stainless steel at 30°C emphasizes the intense fruit aromas. Subsequent malolactic fermentation lends the wine a harmonious structure, while brief aging in stainless steel tanks preserves its freshness. Early bottling the following spring ensures it can be enjoyed at optimal drinking maturity.

On the nose, this Barbera delights with lively fruit notes, subtle sweetness, and stimulating freshness. On the palate, it is balanced, juicy, and well-bodied, while its long finish elegantly envelops the aromas.
