The 10-12 day fermentation of the mash in stainless steel at 30°C ensures that the fruity aromas are brought out intensively. The subsequent malolactic fermentation and the short refinement in the stainless steel tank give the wine a fresh, harmonious structure. Bottling in the spring of the following year makes it quickly available and allows enjoyment at its best.
On the nose, the Barbera has intense, fruity notes and an appealing freshness, paired with a fine sweetness. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and has a good body, while the long finish perfectly rounds off the taste experience.
